About us

Proudly Filipino. Forged on the job.

AsianWorkers is a Pasay City-based IT services company. We started as workers ourselves, so we know how much time manual work steals. Now we build the systems that give that time back to Filipino businesses.

Our mission

To make sure Asian workers are seen, treated fairly and given the tools to build a better future, whether they work abroad or build a business at home.

  5. TodayFounder

He started university at 15 and earned his degree at 19. Then he failed the licensure exam.

He did not stop. He studied Japanese for ten months, and at 21 he was in Nagasaki building ships as a shipfitter. After three years he came home and worked in engineering sales for a Japanese company, supporting his family the whole time.

In 2021 he landed in Poland as a welder. Some months he worked more than 300 hours. The pay was better, but the exhaustion was real. Around him he saw Asian workers being taken advantage of: locked into long contracts and told it was the best they could ever get.

That is why he builds. After an 8-hour shift and the gym, he and a few friends who believe in the mission keep working on AsianWorkers.ph. He is still a worker. That is exactly why workers can trust him.

Co-founder of AsianWorkers.ph

Aries Dioso

Farmer by dawn. Student by day. Founder by night.

Aries is Ardy's younger brother, and he got tired of being average.

It began with a single pig and a lot of early mornings. Step by step, he grew it into a farm business he runs on his own.

Years ago he stopped his chemistry studies when life got too heavy. After years of struggle, he made the decision most people never make. He went back. Now he studies business, runs the farm and builds AsianWorkers.ph with his brother.

He does not want a regular life. He wants to succeed in life and in business, and he is willing to work for every part of it.

Questions

Before you ask, here are the answers.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need. After a free one-hour call, we send a written plan with one fixed price within 5 days. No hidden fees, and you decide before anything starts.

How long does it take?

A simple website takes about a week. For systems, your first working module is ready in about 2 weeks, and a full system usually takes 4 to 10 weeks depending on size.

We are a small business. Is this for us?

Yes. Most of our systems are built for teams of 5 to 50 people. If you are smaller, we can start with a website or a single automation that saves the most time.

Can it work with Excel, Google Sheets, GCash or Messenger?

Yes. We connect your new system to the tools your team already uses, so nobody has to copy data from one place to another.

Do we own our data?

Yes. Your data always belongs to you. The ownership terms for the system itself are written clearly in your quote before we start.

What if we need changes after launch?

Our monthly support plan covers fixes, updates and small improvements. Bigger new features get their own fixed quote.

How do you protect our information?

We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, use encrypted connections and give access only to people who need it. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you only work with businesses in Metro Manila?

No. We work online with businesses anywhere in the Philippines, and with Filipino-run businesses abroad. Our office is in Pasay City.

One hour call. No commitment.

After the call you get a list of the places where your business loses time, with an estimate of the cost. Yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.
